Yandex to Announce Second Quarter 2011 Financial Results on July 28th

MOSCOW, July 15, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Yandex (Nasdaq:YNDX) today announced it will report its second quarter financial results for the period ended June 30, 2011 on Thursday, July 28, 2011. On that day, management will hold a conference call and webcast at 9:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (5:00 p.m. Moscow time, 2:00 p.m. London time) to review and discuss the Company’s results for the second quarter.
