AARHUS, Denmark, July 4, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Trifork A/S has acquired 75 % interest in Instruksen.dk.
The acquisition should be seen as part of Trifork’s strategic effort to create “The clinician’s Mobile Workplace” – an effective clinical tool based on the popular smartphones (iPhone, Android, etc).
The content of this announcement will not affect the previously announced expectations. Trifork expect for 2011 thus remains a total turnover of DKKm 180 and an EBITDA profit of DKKm 26.5.
